Sunday Sonic Salon- Listen: We Are All Connected

Electric Arcadia Sunday Sonic Salon:
Listen: We Are All Connected
2/23/25

For our next Sunday Sonic Salon, I am delighted to welcome visiting artist friends from Nashville, Belly Full of Stars and Eve Marett
We would love for you to join us Sunday 2/23/25 from 1 to 5pm for an exploration of sound bathing, continuing and expanding our years-long conversations around sound and listening and connection.

Sound Intervals:
1:30pm All 3-collaborative improv ambient drone episode
2:30pm Eve Maret
3:? Infanta Silhouette mini set
4pm Belly Full of Stars

As Infanta Silhouette, I’ll join them for a collaborative set, and each of us will also contribute a solo set.

Belly Full of Stars blends FM synths and textural vocals with granular sampling and modular processes. Eve Maret explores the possibilities of personal and communal healing through sound, color, and movement. Infanta Silhouette is Linda Heck’s field recordings-based electronics practice.
Sometimes I draw a tarot card to help me think about my intentions and focus, and for this event I drew the 3 of Cups !

We’ll gather indoors in the main house, rain or shine. We’ll have light refreshments, and feel free to byob. The Electric Arcadia Garage studio will be open for visits.

Pay what you can- $10 suggested donation. There is street parking-
please contact us for assistance with closer access.
